Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement legal and compliance strategies.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to all departments.
- Manage legal risks and disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 5+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
