Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall strategy for residential operations, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening market positioning.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are achieved.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all residences and residential units.
• Approve and monitor engineering and maintenance budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Lead energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and long-term sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Computer skills – MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), 1C, AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of construction norms and standards (SNIP, GOST, ISO, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of engineering, maintenance, and CAPEX management.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, compliance, and risk management.
