Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy to maximize sales and brand presence.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product launches.
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners and negotiate favorable terms.
• Drive continuous improvement in user experience and conversion rates on marketplace channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketplace management or e-commerce leadership, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience building high-performing teams.
