Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tribe’s HR solutions.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including HR, technology, and marketing, to identify market needs and opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform strategic product decisions.
• Oversee the successful delivery of new product features and enhancements to meet business goals.
