Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Quality Assurance activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee product quality, batch release, and deviation management processes to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure regulatory readiness and successful outcomes for audits by health authorities and external bodies.
  • Mentor and develop the quality team, fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of GMP, GLP, and relevant international quality regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively towards quality objectives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing and optimizing quality control and assurance processes.
