    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for consumer devices in SEA.
    • Drive new business development initiatives and expand market share across key markets in Southeast Asia.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales and business development leadership, specifically within consumer devices or related industries.
    • Extensive experience operating within the Southeast Asia market, demonstrating strong regional insights.
    • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large accounts.
    • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
