Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical and operational aspects of stage productions and entertainment performances.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of stage technicians, crew, and production staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical execution for all live shows and events.
- Collaborate effectively with creative directors, artists, and other departments to realize artistic visions.
- Manage stage budgets, equipment maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Develop and implement efficient stage management protocols and procedures for a world-class resort environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in stage management or technical direction within large-scale entertainment venues, theaters, or resorts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse production teams.
- In-depth technical knowledge of stage lighting, sound, rigging, AV systems, and special effects.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by show schedules.
