Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with basic care needs and ensure their comfort in the Emergency Room.
- Support medical and nursing staff during emergency procedures and patient examinations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the ER environment and equipment.
- Monitor and accurately report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
- Safely transport patients within the hospital premises as required.
- Ensure adherence to all hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Relevant professional certifications in healthcare assistance, nursing assistant, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure emergency environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, first aid, and emergency procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
