Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to exceptional standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
• Train new housekeeping staff on hotel policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning techniques.
