Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Provide support for HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities and candidate communications.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural team environment.
