Key Responsibilities

  • Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Provide support for HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities and candidate communications.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural team environment.
