Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee relations, and engagement activities.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing staff members.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative HR role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
