Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.
- Assist with employee relations and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements
