Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and payroll support.
- Support performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR guidance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Myanmar labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
