Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures. Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and payroll support. Support performance management processes and talent development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR guidance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Myanmar labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
