Key Responsibilities

• Support hotel safety compliance by assisting in overseeing health and safety, food safety, fire safety, and security protocols.
• Implement risk management practices to enforce company health and safety policies and reduce guest complaints related to safety or hygiene.
• Conduct regular audits, accident investigations, and food safety checks to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Deliver training on food hygiene, fire safety, and other compliance topics to managers and team members.
• Monitor fire safety systems in collaboration with Facilities, including testing systems and conducting fire tours.
• Support contractor compliance by monitoring their adherence to health and safety standards.
