Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to staff, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support network administration tasks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Help maintain accurate inventory of ICT equipment and manage asset tracking.
- Contribute to the implementation of ICT policies and procedures.
- Assist in user training and documentation efforts for various IT tools.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an ICT-related academic program.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in humanitarian IT support.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages.
