    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide basic technical support to staff, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems.
    • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
    • Support network administration tasks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
    • Help maintain accurate inventory of ICT equipment and manage asset tracking.
    • Contribute to the implementation of ICT policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an ICT-related academic program.
    • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network fundamentals.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in humanitarian IT support.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages.
