    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop high-precision injection molds for eyewear and vision care components.
    • Utilize advanced CAD/CAM software for detailed mold design and analysis.
    • Optimize mold designs for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and product quality standards.
    • Collaborate effectively with product development, R&D, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration.
    • Conduct mold flow simulations and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analyses to prevent issues.
    • Stay updated with the latest mold design technologies and materials.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in injection mold design and development, preferably in precision components.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and mold simulation tools.
    • Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and tooling requirements.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural global team environment.
