Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and implement optimized business processes related to water management and manufacturing. Collaborate with engineering, production, and export teams to streamline operational workflows. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current processes and propose effective solutions. Develop and document process improvements, ensuring their successful adoption across departments. Contribute to the continuous improvement of pump design, engineering, and manufacturing methodologies. Support the integration of new technologies and best practices within the company’s operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Process Specialist or in a similar process optimization role, with 5+ years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams globally. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable, and sustainable processes. Familiarity with industrial machinery manufacturing or the water management industry is highly beneficial. Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
