Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Process Specialist or in a similar process optimization role, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams globally.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable, and sustainable processes.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery manufacturing or the water management industry is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
