Investment Manager / Director

Job Overview

Our client (via Talent Higher) is seeking an experienced Investment Manager / Director to originate and close international real estate investment opportunities for a master developer founded in 2019. Based in Dubai, you will build relationships with family offices and institutional investors, craft market-entry strategies, structure JV/partnership deals, and lead feasibility and financing workstreams that unlock large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and convert international clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Develop projects and pitch materials for family offices/institutional LPs; lead feasibility studies and investment memos.
• Create market-specific investment strategies (partners, target segments, positioning, pricing).
• Negotiate and close cross-border transactions (term sheets, JV structures, SPVs, pricing, governance).
• Maintain long-term investor relations; represent the firm at industry events and roadshows.
• Navigate cultural/business practices across markets; ensure compliance with local laws and licensing.
• Own reporting on pipeline, market trends, and performance; recommend strategic adjustments.
• Lead project financing workstreams; build financial models and present to IC/stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related; advanced degree a plus.
• 10–12+ years in institutional investment, family office coverage, real estate finance/asset management (majority in UAE); Asia exposure preferred.
• End-to-end leadership of commercial projects from initiation through development.
• Strong deal-making, JV structuring, financial modelling, and stakeholder management.
• High initiative, independence, and ability to operate in fast-paced settings.
