Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure and technical support for organizational events. Provide prompt troubleshooting and resolution for IT-related issues during live events. Ensure reliable network connectivity, audio/visual systems, and event technology. Collaborate with event organizers and external vendors to define IT requirements. Maintain and update event management software and hardware. Develop and document IT event protocols and best practices for future events.

Demonstrated experience in IT support and event technology management. Proficiency in network configuration, audio-visual setups, and event software.
