Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert onsite support for server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of IT-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Manage and maintain network devices, servers, and related IT hardware and operating systems.
- Implement and support cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, endpoint protection, and MFA.
- Assist with the deployment and management of cloud solutions, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Conduct vulnerability management, network management, and overall IT infrastructure management.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Server and Network Engineer or in a similar IT onsite support role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, including firewalls, EDR, XDR, MFA, and vulnerability assessments.
- Experience with cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) and backup/disaster recovery systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
