IT Technician

Job Overview Mubea, a global leader in the automotive supply industry, is looking for a dedicated IT Technician to join its Prnjavor site in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-level technical support, implement IT projects, maintain system infrastructure, and ensure smooth digital operations within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via the company ticketing system. Independently analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Install, configure, and maintain client systems, mobile devices, and network equipment. Support the configuration, monitoring, and administration of the local network infrastructure. Assist in the implementation of IT projects following group-wide specifications. Create and maintain documentation, manuals, and technical evaluations. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for procurement and repairs.

Requirements

Completed IT training, apprenticeship, or technical degree (or equivalent). Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of Microsoft products and standard software. Experience providing IT support in a professional environment. High service orientation and ability to work independently. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage. Valid driver’s license required.
