Job Overview
Mubea, a global leader in the automotive supply industry, is looking for a dedicated IT Technician to join its Prnjavor site in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-level technical support, implement IT projects, maintain system infrastructure, and ensure smooth digital operations within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via the company ticketing system.
- Independently analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain client systems, mobile devices, and network equipment.
- Support the configuration, monitoring, and administration of the local network infrastructure.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects following group-wide specifications.
- Create and maintain documentation, manuals, and technical evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for procurement and repairs.
Requirements
- Completed IT training, apprenticeship, or technical degree (or equivalent).
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of Microsoft products and standard software.
- Experience providing IT support in a professional environment.
- High service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license required.
