Key Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring of work execution.
• Technical, economic, and documentary control of the project.
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and industrial workers.
• Management of certifications and comparisons.
• Supervision of quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines.
• Liaison with the Facultative Management, Property, and Project Management.
• Cost control and monitoring of budget deviations.

Requirements

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager for Residential Building projects.
• Experience managing housing developments from start to finish.
• Knowledge of economic control and contracting.
• Leadership and team organization skills on site.
• Residency in Valladolid or availability to work in the area.
