Syngenta is seeking an Import/Export Specialist to join their logistics team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This role is responsible for the timely delivery of seeds to Ukraine, managing accompanying documentation, coordinating customs clearance with brokers and government agencies, and supporting operational processes within the company's internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Customs clearance and logistics: accompanying incoming cargo, preparing documents and applications for customs authorities, coordinating the work of brokers and making mandatory payments.
• Working in the SAP system: entering quality certification data, changing batch statuses (availability for sale / blocking), uploading certificates to I-Base.
• Managing non-conformities: recording damages and shortages in the Reliance system, communicating with insurance agents and suppliers regarding delivery discrepancies.
• Cross-functional interaction: collaborating with sales, customer service, and foreign company divisions regarding order statuses and delivery times.
• Inventory: participating in periodic checks of warehouse balances.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education (Foreign Economic Activity, transport logistics, supply chain management).
• Experience: From 1 year in Foreign Economic Activity and international transport logistics.
• Knowledge: Ukrainian legislation in the field of Foreign Economic Activity and customs regulation, standards for working with primary documentation.
• Languages: Minimum intermediate+ level of English, conversational level is required for communication.
• Skills: Confident PC user (experience in SAP will be an advantage), high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under clear deadlines.
