Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts efficiently.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Requirements

• Intermediate Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1+ years in an accounting role, preferably with AR/AP focus.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
