Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners within Corporate Services.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, talent management, and performance reviews.
- Help maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role, preferably within a large organization.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
