Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects across various departments.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Help identify potential project risks and contribute to developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure project alignment and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1+ year in project coordination, support, or strategic planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entertainment industry environment.
