    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
    • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates professionally and efficiently.
    • Assist in posting and managing job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to the HR team.

    Requirements

    • 3–6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internships or trainee roles are acceptable).
    • Excellent command of English with clear, confident communication skills.
    • Professional, polished personality suitable for an international work environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a target-driven environment.
