Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during activities and playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Organize and conduct recreational and educational activities (arts & crafts, storytelling, games, etc.).
- Organize and prepare for seasonal events and celebrations (e.g., Christmas, Easter, New Year).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized Kids Club environment.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are safe, age-appropriate, and properly maintained.
- Welcome children and parents, explain the facilities, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, nursery, or recreational role is required.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain upon hiring).
- Energetic, creative, and able to engage children in a positive and respectful manner.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
