• Salary Range: EUR 1600/month

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in law
• Experience: Previous work experience is not required, but is considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing analyses and opinions in various areas of law; in particular, corporate and commercial, competition, financial, pharmaceutical and labor law.
• Participating in preparation of client transactions and subsequent preparation of implementation and other documents, as required.
• Cooperating with colleagues from other services lines and countries in preparing joint projects, often for major international and Slovak companies.
• Monitoring legal news and changes and assessing their potential impact on clients of our law firm.
• Engaging in continuous learning not only in law, but also in other advisory-related areas, through internal or external training and cooperation with more experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
• Strong communication skills and effective time management.
• Interest in participating in client engagements and contributing innovative ideas.
• Initiative and enthusiasm.
• Team player with a desire to grow professionally and pursue continuous learning.
• PC literacy (advanced in both MS Office and MS Excel).
