This role combines expertise in learning and development with a passion for coffee, ensuring the highest standards of training and brand representation within the Nespresso team in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development programs tailored for Nespresso employees.
• Act as a Coffee Ambassador, sharing in-depth knowledge and passion for Nespresso coffee.
• Conduct engaging training sessions on coffee expertise, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Support HR initiatives focused on employee growth and talent development.
• Ensure Nespresso brand standards are maintained through effective training and coaching.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development or a related HR field.
• Strong passion for coffee and comprehensive knowledge of coffee culture and products.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training materials and sessions.
• Associate level experience in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
