Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for various properties.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from lead generation and negotiation to contract finalization.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present leasing reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leasing management, preferably within retail or commercial real estate.
- Strong background in business development and marketing strategies for property leasing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the United Arab Emirates real estate market.
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
