Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal support across transactions, projects, and operations.
• Safeguard the Group's legal, regulatory, and reputational interests.
• Enable business growth through effective contracting, governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee legal matters from inception to completion.
• Manage external counsel effectively.

Requirements

• 7-10 years PQE in law.
• Experience working for both a magic circle law firm and in-house.
• Must have Oil & Gas or energy sector experience.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Arabic and French language fluency is an added advantage.
