Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on licensing requirements for payment solutions.
- Manage and oversee the acquisition and maintenance of necessary operational licenses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international financial regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts related to licensing and partnerships.
- Monitor legislative changes and update internal policies to ensure ongoing legal adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development and market expansion from a legal perspective.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, specifically in licensing or financial services.
- Strong understanding of national and international payment regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian or other relevant languages is a plus.
- Relevant legal degree and professional qualifications.
