Key Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team with comprehensive research and analysis on various legal matters.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Participate actively in legal department meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Conduct due diligence and compile information for legal compliance initiatives.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documentation with precision.
- Collaborate with different departments to address legal inquiries and provide support.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
