    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the environmental and social (E&S) compliance efforts related to lender requirements for projects.
    • Develop and implement E&S management systems and action plans in line with international standards.
    • Interface with project teams, lenders, and external consultants to ensure alignment and timely reporting.
    • Conduct E&S due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing projects.
    • Monitor and report on E&S performance, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.
    • Provide expert guidance and support on E&S matters to various internal stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in E&S compliance, particularly with international lenders’ standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles).
    • Strong understanding of environmental and social impact assessment processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced international environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Relevant academic background in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
