Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics operations for large-scale construction and real estate projects.
  • Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and site teams to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices in logistics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and freight management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
