Key Responsibilities

Provide support and training to internal teams on loyalty program features. Monitor and report on the performance of loyalty programs.

Requirements

Proven experience in loyalty program management or a related field. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with SaaS implementations, particularly in the restaurant technology sector. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
