Key Responsibilities
- Conduct informational sessions, one-on-one consultations, and group workshops to guide women on career options within LIC.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for women advisors, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Coordinate with branch teams to organize and execute local outreach programs and community events.
- Prepare clear communication materials and maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and progress.
- Promote financial literacy and build trust with prospective women candidates by explaining insurance products in simple terms.
- Represent LIC professionally in the local community, demonstrating cultural awareness and gender-sensitive communication.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Counseling or advisory abilities, with experience in guiding individuals on career choices, professional development, or financial awareness.
- Basic knowledge of insurance, finance, or related services, along with a willingness to learn LIC products, policies, and procedures.
- Organizational and planning skills to manage appointments, outreach events, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with hybrid work and proficiency in using digital tools such as email, video calls, and office software for remote communication.
- Proficiency in English and local languages used in Lucknow is beneficial; familiarity with LIC’s operational environment in Uttar Pradesh is a plus.
