Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and oversee all industrial maintenance operations and activities.
- Develop and implement robust preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and facilities.
- Ensure the optimal functioning, availability, and reliability of all operational equipment.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of high performance and safety.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Proficiency in relevant maintenance software and systems.
