You will ensure quality service, improve equipment safety and performance, and promote proactive on-site communication. You will perform regular maintenance checks, tasks, and attend call-outs.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular communication.
- Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed.
- Accountable for equipment safety and performance.
- Accountable for identifying site risks and communicating them to the supervisor.
- Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out operations according to instructions.
- Accountable for raising sales leads to the supervisor.
Requirements
- ITI/Vocational Certificate /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic IT skills are preferred.
- Basic digital foundation skills are preferred.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputed elevator company is a must.
