Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, and cash applications.
- Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures to minimize risk.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances and disputes.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts receivable ledgers and statements.
- Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and performance for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline invoicing processes and improve cash flow management.
Requirements
- Solid experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within the hospitality or luxury resort sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and credit management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
