    Job Overview

    The Manager, Client Services is responsible for assisting the Elite Banking business segments with daily operational matters as well as providing a high level of customer service to new and existing clients. This role involves being embedded with the Sales Team, while remaining independent to ensure standardization of services. The role also involves conveying process gaps to the Quality Assurance Team to increase efficiency and enhance controls.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high quality service to all clients assigned to the RM either by phone, emails or in person.
    • Assist RMs in opening and closing accounts, performing compliance and KYC checks.
    • Process client transfers, remittances, FD/FX deals within agreed TAT as per SLA agreements.
    • Coordinate with various desks for investment trades and follow-up.
    • Log and follow up on customer complaints in the CMS system to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Update and monitor trackers daily/weekly/monthly and ensure correct registration of any documents received from clients.
