Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other CI tools to enhance productivity.
- Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement principles and practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of CI projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project execution and sustainment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement or similar management role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- A passion for driving change and achieving operational excellence.
