Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their contractual needs and provide expert advice.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, protecting the company’s interests.
• Develop and maintain a robust contract management system and database.
• Support negotiation strategies and terms with external partners and vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the aviation or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of legal principles related to contracts and commercial law.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a mid-senior level role.
