Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their contractual needs and provide expert advice.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, protecting the company’s interests.
- Develop and maintain a robust contract management system and database.
- Support negotiation strategies and terms with external partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the aviation or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of legal principles related to contracts and commercial law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a mid-senior level role.
