Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the preparation of all financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial audits.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls over financial reporting processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial reporting professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial reporting, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
