Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounting functions related to gaming operations, including revenue audit, cage, and credit.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for gaming activities, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming accounting, preferably in an integrated resort environment.
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
