    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all accounting functions related to gaming operations, including revenue audit, cage, and credit.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for gaming activities, adhering to regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
    • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance environment.
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
    • Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports for management review.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming accounting, preferably in an integrated resort environment.
    • Strong understanding of gaming regulations and internal control frameworks.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
