Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal audit quality assurance and improvement programs specifically for IT audits.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audit engagements, ensuring adherence to professional standards and methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the internal audit team on IT risks, controls, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing audit efficiency and effectiveness through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders to address audit findings and promote a robust control environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations, internal policies, and internal audit guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in internal audit, with a strong focus on IT audit.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
