Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize material and labor costs.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost of goods sold calculations.
• Support new product costings and profitability analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting or controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
