Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality activities for New Product Development Introduction (NPDI) projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure product quality from design to launch.
- Oversee product testing and inspection protocols, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, with a strong focus on NPDI processes.
- Proven knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
