    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for key brands in Malaysia and Singapore.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and global teams to ensure alignment.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for ROI.
    • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within FMCG or industrial sectors.
    • Demonstrated understanding of the Southeast Asian markets, especially Malaysia and Singapore.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
